Before the Wedding Weekend:

- Monthly in-person consultations throughout the planning process
- Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed
- Discussion of theme, color, style, and complete wedding design
- Assistance with choosing vendors that fit your style and budget
- Arrangement of site tours and vendor meetings
- Attendance at unlimited vendor appointments
- Review of each vendor contract
- Ongoing communication with vendors
- Assistance with seating arrangements and venue layouts
- Development of a detailed wedding timeline and vendor contact list accessible to all vendors, the bridal party, and family
- Follow up with all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks before wedding day to confirm all details
-Additional tasks as discussed and agreed upon between the couple and the planner

The Rehearsal:

- Work with the wedding officiant to run the ceremony rehearsal
- Line up family and bridal party to ensure they know their order for the ceremony
- Run through the ceremony so everyone is comfortable with their roles, where to stand, and what to do
- Go over important wedding details that your family and bridal party will need to know for the big day

The Wedding Day:

- Coordinate all vendors as they set up for the celebration
- Organize the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception so that they run smoothly and follow the timeline that we have built together
- Problem solve if any issues arise so that you and your family don’t have to worry about it at all
- Ensure that the couple is having a wonderful day and feels celebrated to the fullest
- Supervision of all event set up and clean up. I am the first to arrive and the last to leave.
