This package includes two in-person meeting prior to the wedding, unlimited phone and email correspondence, rehearsal coordination, and day-of-coordination.

Before the Wedding Weekend:

- Two meeting to go over all event details that you have planned
- One venue walk through to talk through the layout
- Unlimited emails and phone calls after our first meeting to answer any questions and finalize details
- Timeline and layout planning
- Check-in and confirmation with all vendors 1-2 weeks prior to the event

The Rehearsal:

- Work with the wedding officiant to run the ceremony rehearsal
- Line up family and bridal party to ensure they know their order for the ceremony
- Run through the ceremony so everyone is comfortable with their roles, where to stand, and what to do
- Go over important wedding details that your family and bridal party will need to know for the big day

The Wedding Day:

- Coordinate all vendors as they set up for the celebration
- Organize the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception so that they run smoothly and follow the timeline that we have built together
- Problem solve if any issues arise so that you and your family don’t have to worry about it at all
- Ensure that the couple is having a wonderful day and feels celebrated to the fullest
- Supervision of all event set up and clean up. I am the first to arrive and the last to leave.
